Each cutter uses premium micro-granular Tungsten Carbide which increases the lifespan by up to 30% when compared to conventional carbide cutters for reduced downtime and increased productivity.
Silver brazing fuses each tip to the body for a flawless bond to maintain solid, safe performance throughout any routing application, with each cutting face ground to a razor sharp mirror finish with 1200 grit diamond abrasives.
The mirror finish help prevent resin build up the resulting razor sharp edge achieves superior finishes in all materials.
All Trend Professional cutters also have an increased shank length compared to conventional cutters from other brands to promote safer working practices.
Using the ‘K’ Mark shank indicator guides you when setting up the router to achieve the correct insertion depth and maximise the collet grip.
The longer shank also encourages safer practices when using the cutters in router tables by maintaining the correct insertion depth to prevent ejection or overloading and deflecting the cutter shank.

Ovollo and rounding over bearing guided cutters are ideal for curved work, they can be used on natural timbers, man-made particles and fibre boards.
Popular uses include edging window frames, glazing bars, cabinets, table tops, pencil rounds, trophies, shelves and fire surrounds. They can also be used to produce bullnose edge moulds.
All cutters supplied with two bearings, larger bearing removes the quirk producing a round over profile.
